Sorry for tuning in late. I hope you see this. : )
Score:
I think you did even better than I had expected and than I had hoped for with this flash of yours. Usually sequals don't live up to the standards that are set by the first, but with this flash that rules was broken. You once again used your very nice drawing style along with smooth animation which really helped the flash be all it could be. It was once again creative and original and the music was great as well, I assume it's another Korean song. It was really funny and the little (yet unneeded) violence that was in there added to the comedy level in the flash. And you did have a play and replay, as well as a skip intro option. So overall your score did end up balancing out to a nice 10/10 and a 5/5 for you.
Title:
Ok, I guess I'll start with the title of the flash. I like your use of the "step 2" in the name rather than a generic "2" or "Part 2". Also, just a question, but why isn't "step" capitalized? I don't think it's that important, it just seems rather odd to me. I also noticed the number of exclamation points in the title has shifted from 3 to 2. Is your next one (if there is a next one) going to have just 1? I think that'd be a pretty neat trick there if it was intentional. Also, I noticed that it is also called "Cake Dance". I really think that's a rather cleaver title you have there. The irony behind it all makes it funny, very nice choice of words there.
Preloader:
Ok, I thought your little preloader was a great choice for one, yet it maybe a little bit too simple. But it's fine as it is. Maybe you could add a little snippet of music to it, otherwise for people with slower internet connections it could pose a problem and become rather dull and bland. On the other hand of course, I thought the scene you placed it at was nice. Also, you maybe could have made the light be the loading bar. Such as it getting lighter as the flash loads and you could click the light when it was finished loading. But I really like how you made an intro, and the preloader really went from a smooth transition between it and the flash itself, usually it is an abrupt change, but you made it flow, and that was perfect.
Content:
When it began I thought the idea of putting the little bell there was rather nice. It's nice to catch the viewers' attention and kick off the flash. I also enjoyed the little tune you had in the backround during the intro scene. Also, I liked your creativity with the new characters that you decided to introduce in the flash. They were original and nice, I also liked how you kept in some of the other old ones, who were needed. You also kept up many of the old gags throughout the flash as well as putting in new ones. The crazy running that makes no sense whatsoever makes the flash just that more entertaining. The wacky things made the flash all the better. I loved the little message you taked on at the end with the "love & cake" swap.
Suggestions:
Something I would think could help the flash out is a little scroll bar at the bottom or top or where ever you think would be best. Either that or I'm sure that a scene selection would be nice. I also see that this is a special english version of the flash, I really appreciate you going through the trouble of doing that for us. I think you should also maybe have the lyrics be on the bottom for the song as it plays. It could be optional subtitles for the flash of course which you could toggle on and off. Also you could not only post the Korean lyrics, but if you had someone who could help you then it might be plausible for you to add an english translation to the song as well, maybe in parentheses. Heck, you could even go all out and toss in the kanji (or whatever the writing in Korea is called, I just know that kanji is what the Chinese have and that Japanese includes kanji, hiragana, and katakana, so I'm going to climb out on a limb here and hope that it's kanji for Korean writing as well). That would be rather nice.
Final comment:
I hope to see more of your talent in the future.
